  • PANA Academy reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate community standards.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees: All course fees are listed in NPR and must be paid in full or partial before access is granted.
  • Refunds: Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If more than 10% of the course has been consumed, a refund may not be issued.

4. User Conduct

Students and users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform to send spam or unauthorized advertising.
  • Harassing instructors or other students in forums or live sessions.
  • Attempting to bypass security features or hack the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

PANA Academy provides educational content “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results (such as job placement or exam scores). We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our materials.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Refund Policy

At PANA Academy, we want to ensure you are happy with your learning journey. If a course isn’t the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following conditions:

1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet both of the following requirements:

  • Timeframe: Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Course Progress: You have viewed or accessed no more than 10% of the course content (videos, lessons, or modules).

Note: Any account that has already been issued a Certificate of Completion for a course is automatically ineligible for a refund, regardless of the timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Accounts that have consumed more than 10% of the course material.
  • Directly downloadable resources (PDFs, templates, etc.) once accessed.
  • Live coaching sessions or workshops that have already been attended.

3. How to Claim Your Refund

  2. Order Details: Your registered email and Order ID.
  3. Reason: A brief explanation of why the course didn’t meet your expectations (we use this to improve!).

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is verified against our system logs:

  • Your access to the course will be revoked immediately.
  • Funds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, or Bank Transfer).
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
